  • What is the Benefit of hiring Grandma's Helpers?

Grandma's Helpers, LLC has a wealth of experience to assist in reducing your stress during your move process.  We have been in business since 2004 and therefore have resources a newer company may not have.  All of our staff are professionally trained, caring individuals whose main motivation is to assist older adults with their relocation.

  • How much does it Cost to hire Grandma's Helpers?

Each move is unique and therefore the cost of each relocation project is different.  Many companies charge on a project basis.  At Grandma's Helpers, LLC , we charge an hourly rate to allow our clients the flexibility to manage their own costs.

  • Will you provide a written estimate for your services?

Yes!  A written estimate will be provided prior to signing our Contract For Services.

  • Can you help with my parents who live out of state?

At Grandma's Helpers, LLC, we are aware of the stress involved for Adult Children when your parents live out of State.  We can provide assistance with relocating out of state parents to the Western New York area, or we can assist with locating a NASMM member in another area to assist you.

  • My family member is moving out of the area.  Can you help with a long distance move?

Absolutely!  As members of the National Association of Move Managers, we are able to partner with over 900 member companies throughout the US, Canada, Austrailia and the UK.  Grandma's Helpers, LLC will relocation services here in Western New York State and coordinate with another Senior Move Manager to provide services where ever your family member is relocating to.

  • We aren't quite ready to move - can you help us make our home safer so we can stay at home longer?

Our NASMM @ HOME designation has provided professional training for us to help you reconfigure your current Home to provide an easier to manage and safer home environment for long term living.
